Occasionally wine gets damaged in transit. Wherever possible, please notify the courier on delivery, or alternatively email us at
email@example.com and we will always replace wine damaged by our couriers, with no additional cost to you.
Goods requiring collection from customers' premises must be packaged adequately and have their contents clearly labelled.
In the event you are unhappy with the quality of our wine, please return it to us and we will refund your money. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this.
